English: Honoré McCue Willsie Morrow (b. Nora Bryant McCue, ca 1880, Ottumwa, Iowa; d. 12 April 1940, New Haven, Connecticut), American novelist, biographer, and editor, who published as Honoré Willsie Morrow and became known for her well-researched novels, especially those on Abraham Lincoln: "Forever Free" (1927), "With Malice Toward None" (1928), and "The Last Full Measure" (1930). Four of her books were turned into films starting in the silent era and concluding with Seven Alone (1974), based on her On to Oregon (1926). Married to Henry E. Willsie, a construction engineer, 1901, (divorced in 1922); William Morrow (publisher), 1923, (died 1931).
