English: The three-phase electric power is a widespread power system, especially in Europe. As advantage, it has the highest power factor and lowest power loses. As the biggest disadvantage, it can easily destroy expensive single-phase appliences by overvoltage if the neutral is missing. That is why neutral wire is not allowed to use as the ground wire in 3-phase system; neutral wire should be grounded repeatedly near building.
