English: Thutmosis III was buried in the Valley of the Kings, in Tomb KV34. Sometime during the Third Intermediate Period his mummy was moved from this tomb and was placed in a chamber of DB320 along with several other pharaohs where it lay until discovered by Émile Brugsch in 1881.
