Description
Русский: В начале XIX века село Соболево считалось одним из красивейших и привольных сёл верхнего Поволжья.

"Оно стояло на холме, напоминавшем библейскую голгофу с распятием Христа. И на этом холме была возведена новая каменная церковь. Соболевская церковь изобиловала утварью из золота и серебра, в ней хранились иконы древнейших времён, а церковная библиотека насчитывала нескольно тысяч древних книг в кожанных переплётах".

XX век принёс коренные изменения в политическую, экономическую и общественную жизнь страны. После установления Советской власти началась упорная борьба с религией. Священнослужители встали на защиту духовного наследия, что привело к массовуму аресту духовенства, которые проходили в несколько этапов. В конце 30-х годов было арестовано духовенство Воскресенской церкви села Соболево. Церковь осталась без Священнослужителей, после чего началось её разрушение.
