Summary
[edit]Description'Willow Stag Sculpture' at Welcome Centre, Newton House, Dinefwr Park and Castle, Llandeilo - geograph.org.uk - 1552527.jpg |
English: 'Willow Stag Sculpture' at Welcome Centre, Newton House, Dinefwr Park and Castle, Llandeilo Pat Bullen-Whatling, whose web site I found at www.patbullenwhatlinggallery.co.uk is the artist that has recently stationed this 'more or less' full-sized 'willow deer' on the edge of the car park at the above National Trust property.
It seems it is an introduction to her other willow sculptures that will be going up there very soon. I understand that visitors are invited to help her in their construction - with easier tasks for smaller children - see her web site for the details of this. There is a picture of her 'Celtic Circle' on Geograph.org.uk (this site) at - https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1537803 Seems worth a look. |
