Ελληνικά: Ο Κωνσταντίνος Β. Αντωνόπουλος είναι αρχαιολόγος της Εφορείας Αρχαιοτήτων Ηλείας του Υπουργείου Πολιτισμού και Αθλητισμού. Είναι πτυχιούχος του Ιστορικού-Αρχαιολογικού Τμήματος του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και κάτοχος Μεταπτυχιακού Διπλώματος "Ολυμπιακές Σπουδές, Ολυμπιακή Παιδείας, διοργάνωση και διαχείριση Ολυμπιακών Εκδηλώσεων" της Διεθνούς Ολυμπιακής Ακαδημίας και του Πανεπιστημίου Πελοποννήσου.
Η θητεία του στην Αρχαιολογική Υπηρεσία ξεκινά το έτος 1999 στην 1η Εφορεία Βυζαντινών Αρχαιοτήτων στην Αθήνα ενώ υπηρέτησε για ένα διάστημα και στην Κεντρική Υπηρεσία του Υπουργείου Πολιτισμού, στη Διεύθυνση Προϊστορικών και Κλασικών Αρχαιοτήτων. Έπειτα από τριετή θητεία (2003 - 2006) στο έργο του Υπουργείου Πολιτισμού για την ανασκαφή, μελέτη, προβολή και ανάδειξης της αρχαίας Ήλιδας, από το έτος 2006 εργάζεται ως Επιμελητής Αρχαιοτήτων στο Τμήμα Προϊστορικών και Κλασικών Αρχαιοτήτων και Μουσείων της Εφορείας Αρχαιοτήτων Ηλείας, με έδρα την Αρχαία Ολυμπία. Από τον Οκτώβριο του 2021 ασκεί τα καθήκοντά του ενταγμένος στο Τμήμα Αρχαιολογικών Έργων και Μελετών της ως άνω Υπηρεσίας. Παράλληλα με το διοικητικό έργο που αφορά στην έρευνα, προστασία, διαχείριση, και προβολή της πολιτιστικής κληρονομιάς (αυτοψίες, ανασκαφή, επιμέλεια Εισηγήσεων, Γνωμοδοτήσεων, Αποφάσεων για θέματα αρμοδιότητας της Εφ. Α. Ηλείας) είναι επιφορτισμένος με την μουσειακή εκπαίδευση, τις ψηφιακές – διαδικτυακές δράσεις και εφαρμογές, την επικοινωνία με τα ΜΜΕ και το κοινό, την οργάνωση και στήριξη εκθέσεων και πολιτιστικών εκδηλώσεων κ.α. Έχει στο ενεργητικό του πλούσιο συγγραφικό έργο και έχει λάβει μέρος ως εισηγητής σε πολλά επιστημονικά συνέδρια και ημερίδες. Συχνή είναι και η αρθρογραφία του σε ηλεκτρονικά και έντυπα μέσα ενημέρωσης για ζητήματα που αφορούν στην ιστορία και αρχαιολογία της Ηλείας και τον Ολυμπισμό.English: Konstantinos V. He is a graduate of the Department of History-Archeology of the University of Athens and holds a Master's Degree in "Olympic Studies, Olympic Education, organization and management of Olympic Events" of the International Olympic Academy and the University.
His term in the Archaeological Service (Ministry of Culture) begins in 1999 in the 1st Ephorate of Byzantine Antiquities in Athens, and later he worked for the Directorate of Prehistoric and Classical Antiquities. After a three-year term (2003 - 2006) in the work of the Ministry of Culture for the excavation, study and management of ancient Elis, since 2006 he has been working as Curator of Antiquities at the Ephorate of Antiquities in Ancient Olympia. In parallel with the administrative work related to the research, protection, management and promotion of cultural heritage (excavations, preparation of administrative documents and Decisions on behalf of the Ephorate of Antiquities of Ilia, the archaeological authority responsible for the arch. site and the museums of Olympia and the antiquities of the wider region) he is also in charge of museum education programmes, digitalisation - internet projects and applications, p.r. and communication with the media and the public, the organization and support of exhibitions and cultural events, etc. He has a rich literary work and publications and he has taken part as a speaker in many scientific conferences and workshops. He is an active author already for more than 20 years and his articles related to the history and archeology of Ilia and Olympism have been posted - published in electronic and print media. |
