Description
Русский: Терем в деревне Асташово был усадьбой Мартьяна Сазонова - бывшего крепостного, столяра, подрядчика, капиталиста и мецената. С его постройкой связана романтическая история. В 1895 году Мартьян, заработавший состояние в Петербурге, овдовел и вернулся в родную деревню. Здесь ему приглянулась Елизавета Добровольская, дочка местного дьячка. Легенда гласит, что терем был построен, чтобы завоевать расположение красавицы, которая была моложе Мартьяна на тридцать лет.
