Построен в конце XVIII столетия. В 1840-1870 годах здесь проживала семья адмиралов Грейгов. В 1830 г. арх.Габерцетель надстроил третий этаж, в котором после после покупки дома в 1880 г. православной церковью Святой Екатерины проживал протоиерей Тихомиров Леонид Михайлович, автор истории церкви.
