| Description |
Русский: Правое крыло здания с выходом на ул. Горького с "красного зала" на 550 зрителей. Послевоенная застройка г. Ворошиловска началась со строительства этого объекта культуры на пересечении улицы Горького и правого берега балки Должик. Рядом с ним размещались две школы, пришкольный сад, многоэтажные жилые дома, ведомственные учреждения и строился стадион "Сталь". Старую часть города с прилежащей к нему базарной площадью отделяли два искусственных пруда.
