Сохранился в единственном экземпляре. Исключён из инвентаря МПС в 1960 г. и использовался в качестве котельной на московском заводе железобетонных изделий. Реставрационный ремонт, не имеющий аналогов в отечественной практике по сложности и объемам, произведен в депо Ховрино Октябрьской ж.д. (г. Москва) в 1982-1983гг. Первоначально восстановлен как С.245.
