Description
English: Sarma is a main dish made with fermented cabbage leaves, filled with a pre cooked mixture of ground meat and some rice. It is usually seasoned with a mixture of melted lard and ground paprika. Thick pieces of bacon and smoked pork or beef may be added for richness in the flavour.
