партрэт князёў Шахоўскіх-Галынскіх паступіў у калекцыю Гістарычнага музея ў 1961 годзе з Бібліятэкі імя У .Л. Леніна, раней знаходзіўся ў Маскоўскім публічным і Румянцаўскім музеях, да гэтага - у маёнтку Шахоўскіх Белая Колпь Валакаламскага павета Маскоўскай губерні.

портрет князей Шаховских-Голынских поступил в коллекцию Исторического музея в 1961 году из Библиотеки им. В.Л. Ленина, ранее находился в Московском публичном и Румянцевском музеях, до этого - в имении Шаховских Белая Колпь Волоколамского уезда Московской губернии.
