العربية: "المنسف" طبق وطني أردني، ارتبطت نشأته بحرب قديمة وتطور تاريخي وصمد على مدى آلاف السنين في الأردن. ويعدّ رمزاً شعبيا للأصالة وكرم الضيافة في الاردن . ويُطبخ "المنسف" الذي يوصف بأنه "سيد المائدة الأردنية" بلحم الأغنام أو الابقار، وكرات "الجميد" المحضرة من حليب الأغنام البلدية، والسمن البلدي، والأرزّ، وخبز الشراك واللوز والصنوبر لتزيينه |
