فارسی: دکتر سید شاهرخ تقوی متولد ١٣٤٧ شهر تهران است. تحصیلات متوسطه را در سال ١٣٦٥ به اتمام رسانید و در همان سال در رشته پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشكي شهید بهشتی پذیرفته شد. این شروع راهی طولانی برای رسیدن به هدف نهایی اش تا فوق تخصص قلب بود. وی در سال ١٣٨٠ با رتبه اول از رشته تخصصی بیماریهای داخلی و در سال ١٣٨٥ از رشته فوق تخصص قلب و عروق دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران فارغ التحصيل شد. وي در سال ١٣٩٣ در دوره فلوشیپ اینترونشن ( آنژیوپلاستی مداخله ایی قلب و عروق ) بیمارستان قلب شهید رجایی پذيرفته شد. دكتر تقوي جزو معدود دانش آموختگان رشته پزشكي در ايران است كه موفق به اخذ مدارک پي در پي تخصصي / فوق تخصصي و فلوشيپ شده است.
