العربية: قصر السكاكيني من أقدم قصور مصروقد تم بناؤه سنة 1897 م على يد حبيب باشا السكاكيني يقع القصر في ميدان السكاكيني في وسط مدينة القاهرة، وتحديدا في منطقة الظاهر المزدحمة بالسكان وعرف محيط القصر لاحقا بحي السكاكيني.
بني قصر السكاكيني على يد معماريين إيطاليين جاؤوا خصيصا للمشاركة في بناءه، وتتداخل فيه الطرازات المختلفة من حول العالم، ويعتبر نموذج لفن الروكوكو، [1] يكاد يختفي القصر اليوم وسط غابة من الابنية المتهالكة التي لا تملك أي حس جمالي وربما تمر بميدان السكاكيني دون أن تلحظ وجوده خاصة ليلا حيث يختفي القصر كليا في ظلام الميدان بالرغم من أنه مصنف ضمن آثار القاهرة بل وتتخذه منطقة آثار وسط القاهرة مقرا إداري لهم ! ومع ذلك يعاني القصر من الإهمال الشديد سواء من خارجه أو داخله. |
