Flowering: May-October. This is a screeper bearing blue hued flowers ;Another variety of the same creeper bears white flowers ;Brahmi has antioxidant properties. It has been used to cure epilepsy, to increase memory power;It is useful to treat ulcer ; Functions as laxative;For treating spleen also it is used ; For leprosy it is used as medicine ; For leucoderma also it is handled as medicine ;As aphrodisiac it is recommended by traditional phusicians ; It is believed to cure anaemia; Useful medicinal plant for diarrhea ; As researches ,it is a storehouse of alkaloids like Herpestine, Brahmine etc., In snapshot - Blue hued flowers in the creeper ; Thickness of leaves is felt in the picture!
