| Description |
English: Geta are dedicated to pray for the safety of visitors to Kinosaki Onsen. The wooden Geta are donated every year by the ryokan in Kinosaki Onsen. Geta are offered at the Onsen-jinja shrine after one year.
Visitors to the town wore wooden shoes provided by the inns (ryokan). The streets were filled with their clopping sound. 日本語: 城崎温泉駅を出てすぐ右手にある下駄奉納板。毎年各旅館から新しい下駄が奉納され、古くなった下駄は温泉寺で供養される。 |
