中文：為促進與墨爾本地區宗教僑團聯繫，駐墨爾本辦事處處長呂明澤日前偕組長王偉年、僑務秘書簡桂華造訪慈濟基金會墨爾本聯絡處、墨爾本佛光山爾有寺以及參加維省欽廉同鄉會觀音寶誕活動，積極和當地宗教僑團聯繫感情。

呂明澤表示，很感謝墨爾本僑界成員們對初來乍到的他展現最大的溫暖和歡迎，他也期望各僑團組織能夠繼續支持駐墨爾本辦事處和中華民國政府，並期待未來和鄉親們有更多互動。
慈濟基金會墨爾本聯絡處長期協助駐處辦理墨爾本地區僑界急難救助，駐處一行受到負責人林美照師姐及約10位該會幹部悉心接待，雙方就未來合作事項進行意見交流，並討論4月5日在YEHS Hotel舉行贈書儀式。
墨爾本佛光山包括會長單可涵、覺旻法師、覺如法師、有弘法師等團隊熱情地向呂明澤介紹爾有寺的環境和藏書，並且準備精緻的素食點心、水果招待。呂明澤也購置一幅有弘法師的畫作以茲紀念。

維省欽廉同鄉會暨護國觀音廟的觀音寶誕聯歡晚宴上，呂明澤和僑務諮詢委員劉國強、僑務顧問黃肇聰等近300名護國觀音廟的護法一起在熱鬧的氣氛中，互相問候、關懷近況。晚宴重頭戲便是現場拍賣觀音錦袍、關聖帝君錦袍及財神爺錦袍，將活動氣氛炒熱至最高點。
