O dia ensolarado e quente atraiu centenas de pessoas ao Undokai 2013, promovido pela Associação Japonesa de Santos e realizado na Associação Atlética dos Portuários no dia 1º de maio. O evento, que chegou a sua 61ª edição, é considerado o maior da comunidade nipo-brasileira da Baixada Santista. Os visitantes puderam participar das dezenas de gincanas e atividades esportivas realizadas ao longo do dia, reencontrar amigos e familiares, além de saborear pratos típicos da culinária japonesa e um bom churrasco. Durante o intervalo das brincadeiras para o almoço, o público conferiu apresentações de grupos de taikô (tambores japoneses), aikidô, kendô e karatê, além de uma demonstração especial da dança odori. |
