Description屏東市大鵬七村入口門柱、水塔及村辦公室.jpg	中文（臺灣）: 凌雲里及鵬程里眷戶2015年完成搬遷後，根據國防部的眷村改建計畫，凌雲眷村舊眷舍悉數拆除，走入歷史，除了原本的里長辦公室以及水塔列入文資法保留，其餘歷史建築也將被怪手剷除。原本居住此地的里民，近年來已經相繼遷移到屏東市博愛路及勝利路的崇仁新村，凌雲眷村這個南台灣最完整的眷村即將被夷為平地，對於文化界人士殷殷期盼的記憶，或許只能在最後階段用相機及畫筆保存下來了。

凌雲里及鵬程里眷戶2015年完成搬遷後，原址遺留上千戶老眷舍淹沒在荒煙蔓草中，孤牆殘壁蕭條景像，淪為治安及髒亂死角，雲鵬眷村還保留許多人孩提時代的共同記憶，社區內有許多特殊意義的歷史建築物面臨拆遷，讓許多從小在眷村長大的民眾紛紛表示不捨。

凌雲眷村又稱雲鵬眷村或稱六塊厝眷村，原為空軍士官退役後的住所，民國38 年政府遷台後，當時蔣宋美齡女士號召募款籌建凌雲眷村，凌雲眷村與在地居民走過半個多世紀，緬懷那個舊時代，雲鵬眷村曾經繁榮一時，兩里人口數多達6000人，但隨著都市化與現代化後，眷村慢慢凋零，大部分的居民陸續選擇遷出，也漸漸被人們遺忘。
