中文（臺灣）：立法院內政委員會今（13）日繼續審查選罷法修正，針對關鍵的降低罷免通過條件做出結論，將由現行挨批過高的「投票率過半且其中過半同意」（雙二一）改為「同意票超過選舉人25%」。促成去年罷免蔡正元選舉的「割闌尾計畫」發言人林祖儀認為，門檻訂在「同意票數」仍有利被罷免者，建議改為「投票率超過25%」更能真正落實公民罷免權。
