Description
中文（臺灣）：1966年4月兒童節慶祝大會，縣教育科長武增文，代表臺北縣長蘇清波，頒發模範兒童獎狀及獎品。武科長面帶微笑，以雙手遞出獎狀及獎品給受獎的女學生。講台下坐滿獲獎的學生，女生坐一邊，男生坐一邊。
English: At the Children's Day celebration in April 1966, Wu Tseng-wen, an education official from Taipei County, Taiwan, presented certificates and prizes to the exemplary children on behalf of the county chief, Su Ching-po. With a smile on his face, Wu handed out the certificates and prizes to the female students who received them. The hall was filled with spectators, with the girls sitting on one side and the boys on the other.
