中文：臺灣駐蒙古代表處羅代表靜如於本(111)年12月21日捐贈由臺灣三軍總醫院、宇心生醫股份有限公司合力研發之AI心電圖判讀系統予蒙古國家復健中心，此係繼本年9月26日臺灣三軍總醫院王院長智弘來蒙捐贈相同系統予蒙古第一中央醫院後，第三度引進臺灣醫療人工智慧科技，深具意義。

蒙古國家復健中心院長UNURBILEG B.致詞表示感謝駐蒙古代表處繼本年10月捐贈由臺灣信撰公司引進之300劑力化肝疫苗及協助本年奧林匹亞潔牙比賽後，再度促成本次實體捐贈典禮。並指出該院地處偏僻且原心電圖判讀機老舊，非常期待使用本次本處分享之人工智慧心電圖系統，未來也期盼在人才交流及醫療設備上深化與本處合作。
本處羅靜如代表致詞說明此心電圖判讀設備比一般手機還小，攜帶方便，且透過網路傳輸雲端後，人工智慧僅須10秒即可判讀完成，非常適合地廣人稀的蒙古。亦表示感謝臺灣三軍總醫院及宇心公司協助，希望藉此機會將台灣優異的醫療軟實力分享給蒙古國，也期許透過多名蒙古國專業醫事人才的人脈網絡，能更有效的推動臺蒙醫療交流，擴大國際合作，創造互惠雙贏的局面。

本處羅代表進一步指出，臺蒙醫療交流合作密切，臺灣已訓練超過1,000名蒙古醫生及護士，並長期捐贈醫療器材，分享臺灣優質醫療及防疫經驗。欣見雙邊醫院締結夥伴關係，進一步深化臺蒙醫衛交流合作。本處將持續協促臺蒙醫療合作，發揮「Taiwan can help and Taiwan is helping」的精神。
