中文（臺灣）： 頭城北門福德祠為清代晚期頭城市街商民為維持市街商業繁盛，於1863（同治2）年在市街南北兩端同時新建一座福德祠，廟門皆朝街內而開，也界定當時頭城市街範圍；北門福德祠於1916（大正5）年重修，1975年時亦曾修繕，其後保存迄今。2006年，北門福德祠與南門福德祠一同被宜蘭縣政府公告指定為宜蘭縣縣定古蹟。
頭城北門福德祠主祀福德正神，坐落於頭城老街和平街的北邊端點，座東北朝西南，為磚木構造單殿式單開間傳統廟宇。屋頂採硬山頂，屋脊上有雙龍剪黏，正面墀頭與屋頂交接處，則設置一對石獅，較為特殊；側面山牆山尖處有獅子啣磬之泥塑裝飾。 北門福德祠雖僅有單開間寬度，仍開三關六扇門。門柱上題聯為「福蔭群黎千秋爼豆」、「德施爾眾萬古馨香」；門楣中央書以「福德祠」，其旁各有一個門印，陰刻以「詩」、「禮」二字。中央開雙扇板門，兩側則開格扇門。 |
