中文：駐汕埠總領事廖志賢與領事劉坤振本(108)年3月21日上午應邀參加墨西哥總領事館於汕埠市墨西哥公園(Parque de México)舉辦之墨國國父Benito Júarez 213歲冥誕獻花儀式，與會墨國僑民、領事團成員及各單位代表等約30人。
墨西哥總領事Giberto Limón首先向墨國國父Benito Júarez雕像獻花，繼致詞緬懷其對墨西哥國家及民族的卓越貢獻。儀式畢，L總領事邀請現場與會人士合影。儀式歷時約20分鐘，氣氛莊重和諧。
English: Consul General Liao Zhixian in Shanbu and Consul Liu Kunzhenben (108) were invited to participate in the Flower Presentation Ceremony for Benito Júarez’s 213th birthday held by the Mexican Consulate General in the Parque de México in Shanbu City on the morning of March 21. About 30 people including Mexican nationals, members of the consular corps and representatives of various units. Mexican Consul General Giberto Limón first presented flowers to the statue of Benito Júarez, the founding father of Mexico, and then delivered a speech in memory of his outstanding contributions to the Mexican country and nation. After the ceremony, Consul General L invited the participants to take a group photo. The ceremony lasted about 20 minutes, and the atmosphere was solemn and harmonious.
