Description
English: CWGC gravestone for Flight Engineer John Rust Mace, Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve, located in the New town cemetery of North Walsham, Norfolk, England. Mace was took off on the 14 Febuary 1943 from Rufforth. Cause of loss not established. Crashed 6:30pm at Stillingfleet, 4 miles North West of Riccall, Yorkshire. Just before the crash, the bomb load was jettisoned near the village of Appleton Roebuck.
