הערות: בית המהנדס שמואל בלדר (1937-1884) בצד המערבי של כיכר ביאליק. שמואל ואשתו רגינה עלו ארצה מווינה ב 1919, עם שלושת ילדיהם. ב 1925 החליט בלדר לבנות לעצמו בית ונעזר בתכנון בשותפו למשרד אמיל טיינר. היה בית בן קומה אחת ונוספו לו קומה שניה ושלישית חלקית ובה מטבח וחדר מגורים. שמואל בלדר נפטר בגיל 53. רגינה בלדר, נאלצה להשכיר את מרבית חדרי הבית לדיירים ולבעלי משרדים, ועברה לגור בדירה הקטנה על הגג. היא נפטרה ב 1960. בשנות ה-70 וה-80 התגוררו בבית בעיקר אמנים וכן התנהל בקומת הקרקע משרד של ארגון הנכים.
