Description A U.S. Customs and Border Protection officer gives a thumbs-up signal to a driver of tractor trailer carrying imports from Mexico as he passes through the U.S. checkpoint of the Cargo Pre-Inspection facility located on the Mexican side of the Otay Mesa, Calif., port of entry, June 22, 2016. Each day several hundred trucks line up on the Mexican side of the border to deliver imports to the U.S. A growing number of shipping companies are taking advantage of CBP's Cargo Pre-Inspection which allows trusted shippers a faster and more efficient means of delivering products to U.S. retailers.
