NOTICE

The Gregory Rubber Company, of Akron, Ohio, hereby gives notice to all whom it may concern, and particularly to manufacturers, dealers and distributors of toy balloons, that its toy or novelty balloons are being made and sold under letters patents of the United States, Numbers, 1,008,641; 1,169,804; 1,356,817; design patent No. 49,090 and under several applications for Letters Patents duly filed and pending.

The novelty balloons marketed by The Gregory Rubber Company are known to the trade as the Chiney Face and Smiley Face FUNNY-B’LOONS, and the Gregory Self-Closing Valve Balloon, the latter with and without patented cork-tip reed stick or holder.

The purpose of this notice, is to apprise manufacturers and the trade of its rights in the premises; to respectfully request that no infringements be wittingly perpetrated; and to warn infringers that it will protect its rights from invasion and where the violation is flagrant take such legal action as the law provides without further notice.
