Description

Everybody keeps telling me about this 1966 Imperial for sale. It is complete and runs, but it requires more talent and resources than I have to give. I thought I would use the opportunity to Photograph the difference between the two years. The 1964 & 1966 cars are very similar and share the same body on frame construction that Chrysler, DeSoto, Dodge and Plymouth had eliminated from production cars in 1960. The 1964 Imperial was the first Chrysler Corporation car that Elwood Engel completely restyled. He had recently worked for Ford and was a major contributor in the styling of the 1961 Lincoln Continental. A lot of people have mistaken my 1964 Imperial for a Lincoln.
