English: The reticle of a 1PN51-2. The top 'T' has a width of 3 mil. The largest inverted V ('ʌ') has a height of 11.9 mil, the vertical line below it 8 mil, the 'ʌ' below that 5 mil and the smallest 'ʌ' 4.8 mil. An M1 Abrams with its height of 2.4 m that fills out the largest 'ʌ' is thus observed at a distance of 200 m, and if it fills out the smallest 'ʌ' it is observed at a distance of 500 m. NATO Foreign Weapons Training. (5/5). |
