Deutsch: 02.02.2002 01445 Radebeul, Weinbergstraße 28(GMP: 51.110872,13.669065): Winzerhaus Lorenz. Um die Weinberghäuser der Lößnitz ranken sich zahlreiche Legenden. So sei das Haus Lorenz ein Geschenk Augusts des Starken an seinen Kammerdiener Lorenz gewesen. Alle diese Geschichten sind erfunden. Den Kammerdiener Lorenz hat es nie gegeben. Der Name geht auf eine Besitzerfamilie zurück, die das Anwesen erst 1891 erwarb und bis 1937 besaß. Wann das Haus erbaut wurde, ist nicht sicher bekannt. Zu vermuten ist, dass die ältesten Teile aus dem späten 17. Jahrhundert stammen. Der heutige Zuschnitt des Hauses entstand vermutlich um 1800. Nach der Einstellung des Weinbaus Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts betrieb die Familie Lorenz hier eine Gärtnerei. 1998 kauften Dr. Uwe und Ulrike Hammermüller das sanierungsbedürftige Haus samt Gartengrundstück. Es folgte eine einfühlsame Restaurierung, bei der die historischen Befunde erhalten blieben. Der Weinberg ist heute wieder aufgerebt. Die Rebflächen sind an Karl Friedrich Aust verpachtet, der hier Kerner anbaut. [F20020202]20020202120AR.JPG(c)Blobelt |
