Description

Deutsch: 24.05.2003 02699 Neschwitz: Kirche. Über ihre Entstehung ist nichts genaues bekannt. Sie ist nach Göda die älteste Kirche der Gegend. Bereits Anfang des 14. Jh. entstand eine kleine Kapelle in Neschwitz. Im Jahre 1324 wird ein Theodoricus Plebanus als Pfarrer von "Neschwarz" genannt. Im 17. Jahrhundert entstand der gewölbte Chorraum und 1693 der Kirchturm. Gegen Kriegsende brannte 1945 die Kirche bis auf d. Grundmauern nieder. In den Jahren 1947 - 1951 wurde sie nach Plänen von Professor Oswin Hempel aus Dresden von hiesigen Handwerksmeistern wieder aufgebaut. [D20030517A0089.JPG]20030524620DR.JPG(c)Blobelt
