Description
English: Former private residences located at 2005–2009 Massachusetts Avenue, NW in the Dupont Circle neighborhood of Washington, D.C. The buildings now serve as headquarters of the Washington Legal Foundation (left; center) and the Washington, D.C. office of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (right). The three buildings are contributing properties to the Dupont Circle Historic District and the Massachusetts Avenue Historic District. The 2009 property value of 2009 Massachusetts Avenue (includes the center building, 2007 Mass Ave, which is owned by the Washington Legal Foundation) is $6,748,950. The 2009 property value of 2005 Massachusetts Avenue is $1,922,960.

Previous owners of 2009 Massachusetts Avenue (built in 1885) include Nicholas Longworth and Alice Roosevelt Longworth.

Previous owners of 2007 Massachusetts Avenue (designed by Jules Henri de Sibour in 1901) include Robert Roosevelt's youngest son, Robert Barnwell Roosevelt, Jr., Assistant Secretary of Treasury Horace A. Taylor, and artist John Taylor Arms.

Previous owners of 2005 Massachusetts Avenue (designed by John Brady, built in 1882 by Charles S. Denham) include George Miller Sternberg.
