Description
Deutsch: 25.06.2007 01328 Helfenberg (Dresden), Am Helfenberger Park 1: Das Rittergut ist 1460 als "forwergk Helffenberg" bezeugt. Das Herrenhaus wurde um 1775 für den Rittergutsbesitzer Johann Gottfried Kuntsch errichtet. 1800 erfolgte eine Erweiterung nach Osten mit klassizistischem Giebel, vermutlich von Gottlob Friedrich Thormeyer. 1945 wurde der letzte Besitzer, Prinz Ernst Heinrich von Sachsen, enteignet. In der DDR wurde das Herrenhaus als Wohnhaus genutzt. Nach der Wende bis 2006 Leerstand und Verfall. Danach Ausbau und Sanierung durch den Architekten Burkhard Seidel. Ansicht Hofseite saniert.
