Description
Deutsch: 13.09.2007 01309 Dresden-Striesen: Reinickstraße 11 (GMP: 51.044485,13.773746). Freistehende Mietvilla, um 1905 erbaut. Die hergebrachten Bauformen herrschaftlicher Architektur sind hier um Jugendstilornamente und malerische Fachwerkbauteile ergänzte. Während der Haupteingang in Anlehnung an die deutsche Renaissance als reich dekoriertes Sandsteinportal gestaltet wurde, zeichnet sich das dahinter liegende Entrée durch eine phantasievolle Jugendstilausmalung aus. Das Mietshaus gehörte Clara Zschech, deren Mann als Bauunternehmer die Ausführung vornahm. Er dürfte auch den Entwurf für die Dekoration erstellt haben. Ausschnitt Straßenfassade.
