Description
Deutsch: 16.09.2007 01069 Dresden-Südvorstadt: Eisenstuckstraße 7 (GMP: 51.037238,13.718672). Die freistehende Etagenvilla ist ein Mietshaus, das 1945 nicht vom Bomben getroffen wurde und deshalb erhalten blieb. Es zeichnet sich durch eine ungemein herrschaftliche Bauweise aus. Carl Friedrich Ernst Noske, Architekt und Baumeister aus Dresden-Striesen, ließ es 1900/01 auf eigene Kosten errichten. Unter den Mietern, die 1904 im Adressbuch eingetragen sind, befinden sich vermögende Kaufleute und der Chemiker Prof. Dr. Reinhold Freiherr von Walther (1866-1945).
