Deutsch: 26.04.2008 01067 Dresden, Brühlsche Terrasse: Portal, Foyer im Lipsiusbau der
Kunstakademie (GMP: 51.053105,13.742473). Errichtet wurde das Gebäude von 1887 bis 1894 nach Plänen des Architekten Constantin Lipsius im Stil des Historismus hauptsächlich für die Königliche Kunstakademie, eine Vorgängerinstitution dieser Hochschule, weshalb sich auch der Name Kunstakademie für das gesamte Gebäude einbürgerte. Der Bau stellt als bemerkenswertes Beispiel des Historismus des ausgehenden 19. Jahrhunderts ein Stilkonglomerat aus Formen von Neorenaissance, Neobarock und französischem Manierismus dar.
