Description
Deutsch: 22.04.2009 01069 Dresden, Lennéstraße 12 (GMP: 51.040861,13.747974): Neubau des Rudolf-Harbig-Stadions am alten, nur gering verschobenen Standort, nach Plänen des Rostocker Architekten Martin Beyer. Offizieller Start für den Stadionumbau war am 19.11.2007, Eröffnung am 15.09.2009. Die historische Ilgen-Kampfbahn auf dem Gelände des heutigen Rudolf-Harbig-Stadions war 1923 nach nur halbjähriger Bauzeit eingeweiht worden. Namensgeber war der Dresdner Geheimrat Hermann llgen, der 1921 eine Stiftung gründete und 50000 Mark zum Bau Stadions anwies. In der DDR-Zeit hatte sich der Name Dynamo-Stadion eingebürgert.
