Deutsch: 10.05.2009 01157 Dresden-Cotta, Hebbelstraße 26 (GMP: 51.053768,13.683863): Faust´sches Weingut (1764). Straßenseite von Südosten. Hoftor. Der Wiederaufbau des Faustschen Weinguts soll im Frühjahr 2009 beginnen. Insgesamt sollen auf den 4500 m2 großen Areal gegenüber dem Hebbelbad 18 Häuser für Familien entstehen. Die zu rettende Bausubstanz der Ruine des Altbaus an der Straßenseite soll erhalten werden. Dazu sollen 12 Reihenhäuser und zwei Doppelhäuser neu gebaut werden. Der Innenhof des Anwesens, auf dem schon Napoleon übernachtet haben soll, wird als gemeinschaftliche Garten-anlage mit einer Dorflinde gestaltet. Planung durch Hildebrandt Architekten, Dresden. Die Straße hieß bis 1904 Wölfnitzer Straße, dann wurde sie nach dem deutschen Dichter Friedrich Hebbel (1813-1863) umbenannt. [DSCN37281.TIF]20090510035DR.JPG(c)Blobelt |
