Description
Deutsch: 23.03.2012 04821 Polenz (Brandis), Parkstraße 13 (GMP: 51.316897,12.640897): Schloß Polenz. Das Rittergut Polenz war ein sehr groß, das um 1720 erbaute Herrenhaus dagegen recht bescheiden. Curt von Trebra-Lindenau, der das Rittergut 1892 erbte, fügte an den älteren Kern einen malerisch gegliederten Neubau im Neorenaissancestil an. Nach 1945 und in der DDR befanden sich im Herrenhaus ein Kindergarten, Wohnungen und die Gemeindeverwaltung. Nach der Wende gab es einige Jahre Leerstand bis das Herrenhaus 1999 durch die Krankentransport Ost/West GmbH zu einem Pflegeheim ausbaut wurde. [DSCNn3429.TIF]20120323050DR.JPG(c)Blobelt
