| Description |
English: Work was underway in 2014 to reduce conflicting train movements on the west side of Reading station. Slow trains from Southampton and Westbury will be able to turn off at Reading West and pass underneath the viaduct which is being built on the right to reach the slower 'relief lines' while fast trains run over the viaduct on their journey along the Great Western Main Line. |
