340 on the Park is located across from Millennium Park on East Randolph Street. It is the first residential high-rise in Chicago designed to meet LEED certification standards. The north side of the building is contoured to minimize interference with views from Buckingham Plaza next door. The 25th floor of the building contains a two-and-a-half story wintergarden and the lower level is connected to the Blue Cross-Blue Shield Tower next door through a public pedway.
