Description 80-G-41549: Activities of the Naval Training School for Chaplains. The school formerly at Norfolk was moved to Williamsburg, Virginia, established March 24, 1943. Shown: Lieutenant Junior Grade Luther C. Carter, USNR, holds a private pilot’s license and has 300 hours to his credit. Photograph released March 1943.
