Français : Les bombardements de 1944 qui ont causé d'importants dégats dans ce secteur ont notamment détruit l'élévation Renaissance à quatre niveaux donnant la rue du Fossé des Tailleurs. Des éléments soustraits au sinistre, comme les fenêtres à meneau, ont été réutilisés et le niveau inférieur adapté à sa fonction commerciale.
