תיאור: חפירות חשיפת שרידי כפר עתיק במעויין שורק דרומית לראשל"צ
הערות: בחפירות ההצלה של רשות העתיקות במעוין שורק, דרומית לראשל"צ, נחשפו שרידי כפר עתיק מסוף המאה 4 לפה"ס עד אמצע המאה ה2 לפה"ס. באתר נחשפו כבשן לכלי חרס ובור איגום שבמרכזו גומה לאיסוף פסולת. מאוזוליאום – מבנה קבורה מפואר עם משכבים לעצמות הנקברים. שני מבנים גדולים שקירותיהם בנויים מלבני בוץ שיובשו בשמש. נחשפו גם אבני ריחיים מבזלת לטחינת קמח, נרות חרס, וטאבונים. חמש גיתות ליין, קנקנים מרודוס ומקפריסין, נרות חרס, קערות מעוטרות, מטבעות, חיצים, כלי אפור ועוד. במקום נבנה בהמשך מרכז מסחרי ותעשייתי גדול.
