Description
Deutsch: Die Aufnahme in Berlin-Mitte (Postbezirk SW =Südwest) mit dem Wirtshaus "Alt-Berlin" zeigt vor dem Hause einen Rohrbrunnen, wie sie in Berlin und Berliner Vororten aufgestellt waren. Die Ansicht stammt von 1925. Das Haus Petrigasse 22/ Ecke Rittergasse in Berlin SW 19 gehörte den Schraderschen Erben und wurde von Schankwirt K. Riedel verwaltet. (Berliner Adressbuch 1925, IV. Teil Seite 740, #5482). Die Ritterstraße ist in Berliner Adressbuch 1925, IV. Teil Seite 810, #5551 beschrieben. Die Darstellung auf dem Straubeplan IIIA von 1910 findet sich auf http://histomapberlin.de/histomap/de/index.html mit dem Stichwort Friedrichsgracht oder Fischerinsel 6. Mit der Verzierung des Brunnenkörpers im oberen Bereich ist es ein Greiner-Brunnen vom Typ I. Betätigt wurde der Brunnen durch Hochziehen am Handgriff der rechts neben dem Brunnenfuß zu erkennen ist.
