La chiesa, risalente alla prima metà del Quattrocento e dichiarata monumento nazionale, è affiancata da un altro luogo di culto più piccolo un tempo sede dell'arciconfraternita dell'Immacolata Concezione, l'oratorio dei Nobili, e dal convento dei frati minori osservanti, fondato nel 1436 e nuovamente occupato dai frati a partire dal 1995, dopo la loro ultima partenza dall'edificio avvenuta nel 1861.English: Convent of San Bernardino of Siena
The church of San Bernardino da Siena is a Catholic place of worship in the Italian town of Amantea, in the province of Cosenza in Calabria. The church, dating from the first half of the fifteenth century and declared a national monument, is flanked by another place of worship smaller once the seat Archconfraternity of the Immaculate Conception, the oratory of the Nobles, and the convent of Friars Minor Observant, founded in 1436 and again occupied by monks since 1995, after their last departure from the building in 1861.Español: Convento de San Bernardino de Siena

Die Kirche von San Bernardino da Siena ist ein katholisches Gottes in der italienischen Stadt Amantea, in der Provinz Cosenza in Kalabrien. Die Kirche, die aus der ersten Hälfte des fünfzehnten Jahrhunderts und zum Nationaldenkmal erklärt, von einem anderen Ort der Anbetung kleiner einst Sitz Erzbruderschaft der Unbefleckten Empfängnis, das Oratorium der Noblen, und das Kloster der Minoriten Observanten flankiert wird, gegründet im Jahre 1436 und wieder seit 1995 von Mönchen bewohnt, nach ihrer letzten Abfahrt aus dem Gebäude im Jahre 1861.

La vecchia campana di bronzo è oggi conservata nel chiostro del convento: un'iscrizione leggibile su di essa riferisce che fu fusa la prima volta nel 1404, dunque prima dell'arrivo dei frati minori osservanti e della costruzione della chiesa come la conosciamo noi, poi fu rifusa nel 1500 e quindi nel 1861.
