Summary[edit]

Description This aluminum token was struck during the American Exhibition in London England at the time Britain was celebrating Queen Victoria's Golden Jubilee in 1887. In 1887 the manufacture of aluminum was a complex procedure and it's manufacture made it worth more than silver at the time. This token medallion is one of the earliest made of aluminum.
