Description
Українська: Зображення поверхні нанокристалічного арсеніду галію, отриманого методом електрохімічного травлення. На поверхні було сформовано кристалічний оксид, що має квіткоподібну структуру. Фотографії наноструктур було отримано на растровому електронному мікроскопі JSM-6490 дослідниками Бердянського державного педагогічного університету. Збільшення у 4000 разів. На зображенні чітко видно перетравлені ділянки, що свідчить про сильно «жорсткі» умови травлення. Пориста поверхня демонструє розвинену морфологію з утворилися масивними ямами травлення. Така поверхня має величезну ефективну площу в порівнянні з монокристалічним аналогом, Отримані структури можуть знайти застосування для використання в якості підкладки для отримання гетероструктур.
English: The image of gallium arsenide nanocrystalline surface obtained by electrochemical etching. On the surface there was formed crystalline of oxide having a flowery structure. Photos of nanostructures were obtained in scanning electron microscope JSM-6490 by the researchers of Berdyansk State Pedagogical University. Increased 4000 times. In The image it is possible to see clearly the etched regions that imply about very “harsh” etching conditions. Porous surface demonstrates the developed morphology with the formed large etching pits. Such surface has a huge effective area in comparison with the monocrystal one, The obtained structures can be used as the substrate for heterostructure production.
